Overview
Each custom website order grants you 2 additional revisions after it is submitted. Our review and revisions policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you reviews or revisions anymore.
You can purchace additional revision requests at a set price.
Also note that additional website maintenance plans have 2 free revisions requests included.
To be eligible for a return, your website must have not met our pre-agreed upon requirements or is offline while in paid service.
If you have purchased an item from me which you would like to return, it must be in an unused state and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Bitcoin transfer of the USD countervalue of the purchased product will be sent to your wallet, with the trxid sent to your email address, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within hours of receiving my refund email, first copy the trxid and paste it in mempool.observer to see if the transaction is lingering in the mempool. It may need a fee bump.
Then paste it in blockchain.com/explorer to see if it has recived any confirmations in the blockchain.

Exchanges
Items bought from me can only be replaced if they are factory defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at bashir@bashirbarrage.com and send your item to:Bachir El Barraj

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
