A plan for uniting the 24 water authorities in Lebanon, into 1 for the purpose of streamlining water distribution for maximum efficiency and 0 waste to export the resultant excess water reserves to our neighbors, which hydrological experts have said will generate our country a sum amounting to $1bn annually. What an incredible absurdity, we are currently pumping water up the mountains in Jbeil.
